"CHURRASCO" is an old tradition from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where the Gaucho Steakhouse was born. You will taste 14 cuts of meat, each one skewered, seasoned and slow-roasted to perfection over an open flame. The
skewered meat is then presented and hand carved at your table by Gauchos. A hot and cold buffet featuring an abundance of fresh options is available to build your own salad. The buffet includes imported cheeses, olives, a large
variety of gourmet salads and four hot dishes to complete your Brazilian Feast.
